REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Custom-Made Products

All our 3D printed cake toppers are custom-made to order based on your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Returns

As our cake toppers are custom-designed and made specifically for your event, we do not accept returns on personalized items. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
• After production has begun (typically 24-48 hours after order), cancellations are not possible

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your cake topper to ensure safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
3. Include your order number

We will review your claim and send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Manufacturing Errors

If we make an error in producing your topper (wrong design, incorrect personalization, etc.), we will remake your order at no charge or provide a full refund.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the craftsmanship of your topper (excluding personal design preferences), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• Change of mind or event cancellations
• Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
• Damage occurring after delivery
• Items not reported within 48 hours of delivery

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
