• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)

4. CUSTOM ORDERS

• Custom designs require accurate information from the customer
• We are not responsible for errors in personalization if incorrect details are provided
• Production begins within 24-48 hours of order confirmation
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• Design proofs may be provided for complex custom orders upon request

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We strive to ensure all information on our site is accurate, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment is required at the time of order
• We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout
• All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Shipping costs and delivery times are as stated in our Shipping Policy
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier
• You must inspect items upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted except in cases of damage or manufacturing error.

• Customer-provided images and designs remain the property of the customer

• Our cake toppers are made from food-safe materials
• Toppers are decorative items and should be removed before cutting and serving cake
• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues
• Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS
