Processing Time: All 3D printed cake toppers are custom-made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. Personalized designs may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

We offer two convenient shipping options within South Africa:

• The Courier Guy
  • R70.00 (Standard delivery to all South African provinces)
• Local Pickup
  • FREE (Collect from our location)

Delivery Coverage:

We ship to all provinces in South Africa including Eastern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Northern Cape, and Western Cape.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Courier Delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch
• Local Pickup: Available once your order is ready (you'll receive a notification)

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched via The Courier Guy, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Important Notes:

• Please order at least 2 weeks before your event to ensure timely delivery
• All cake toppers are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement
